This 90-minute Winter Solstice experience begins with a welcoming yoga flow designed to create space, find balance, and reconnect as the season turns. The morning then unfolds into a sound bath, where soothing tones fill the barn — waves of calm that melt away tension and celebrate the quiet beauty of winter. We’ll celebrate together with mulled cider, spiced teas, and a festive surprise — simple comforts shared in community and warmth.
