Spring Forward with Self-Care: The Mindfulness of Making Tea Date: Sunday, March 9th Time: 2:00–3:30 PM Location: Longview Farm Barn As the season begins to shift, take a moment to nurture yourself and embrace the fresh energy of spring with this restorative and creative workshop. Spring Forward with Self-Care invites you to discover the therapeutic benefits of seasonal flowers, plants, and herbs, and explore how they can enrich your self-care routine. Begin your journey by learning the art of mindful tea-making, an experience that encourages you to slow down, connect with nature, and savor the present moment. Guided by wellness expert Sara Clem of Salveo Yoga, you’ll create your own personalized herbal tea blends, tailored to support your health and well-being through seasonal transitions. All materials will be provided, and each participant will leave with their own handcrafted tea blend—a calming and nourishing reminder to prioritize self-care and balance in the weeks ahead. In collaboration with PROJECT UNPLUGGED and the City of Town & Country Parks Department, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature, yourself, and others in a warm, welcoming environment.
