Service Description

Students K-2nd will enjoy this fun and creative yoga program. Our classes are designed to stimulate a young child’s growing curiosity through playful yoga poses, themed activities, animated breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. This class incorporates music, crafts, picture books and age-appropriate props to spark your child’s inner yogi. Each week our class will focus on different themes designed to spark curiosity and joy of learning through movement. Each class will include a mindful craft or activity that reflects our class theme. Class Time: 3:30-4:30 Location: School gym - Glenridge Elementary Dates: Wednesday, September 25th - November 6th *No Class on Wednesday, October 16th
