Sunday, January 21st from 2:00- 3:30pm in the Longview Farm Barn Special Guest Speaker: Amanda Jokerst, CCH, LMT Founder & Owner of Forest & Meadow, Herbal Shop & Clinic Link: Escape the winter chill and join us for an afternoon dedicated to the warmth of winter wellness. Our program begins with a soothing 30-minute yoga session crafted to create space, quiet the mind, and alleviate the winter stiffness so often felt during this time of year. Through calming yet invigorating movements, we'll promote flexibility, mobility, and an overall sense of well-being, perfect for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. After the yoga session, treat yourself to a warm cup of herbal tea as our local expert, Amanda Jokerst, the founder of Forest and Meadow Herbal Shop and Clinic, shares invaluable insights. Amanda will provide practical tips on stress reduction, digestive balance, promoting restful sleep, boosting immunity, and fostering overall wellness throughout the winter months.
