Service Description

Students will enjoy this fun and creative yoga program. Our classes are designed to stimulate a young child’s growing curiosity through playful yoga poses, themed activities, animated breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. This class incorporates music, crafts, picture books and age-appropriate props to spark your child’s inner yogi. Our themes revolve around Nature. Each week our class will focus on elements in nature designed to spark curiosity and joy of learning through movement. Each class will include a mindful activity that reflects our class theme. Yoga Explorers SESSION 1 Start Date: Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 End Date: Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024 Make-up Date: Tuesday, October 29th, 2024 (if needed) Note: No class on Tuesday, October 15th, due to Fall Break.
