Service Description

Students will enjoy this fun and creative yoga program. Our classes are designed to stimulate a young child’s growing curiosity through playful yoga poses, themed activities, animated breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. This class incorporates music, crafts, picture books and age-appropriate props to spark your child’s inner yogi. We call them Yoga Explorers! Each week our class will focus on different themes designed to spark curiosity and joy of learning through movement. Each class will include a mindful craft or activity that reflects our class theme. K-2 Mondays 3:30-4:30 Dates: Monday, October 2nd - November 13th *No Class on Monday, October 16th
